PAYAL SANADHYA

Research Work
My research interests revolve around gaining insights into basics of plant- nematode
interactions. I use a combination of molecular biology, bioinformatics, nematology and transgenics development techniques to devise different strategies for control of plant-parasitic nematodes.

Different aspects of Plant -Nematode interactions
Project 1: This research project aims to understand the molecular dynamics between defence responsive genes, oxylipin biosynthesis genes from plants and identifying novel nematode effectors and their involvement in root knot nematode parasitism.
